Aloha! My name is Sharon and I recently retired from the Army in June 2022 after serving 21 years. Sharon Fleur Creations was started in 2019 to prepare for my new journey after the Military with the support of my husband. Shop Policies

SHIPPING POLICY: All Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays and are based off of USPS delivery timeframes. If we are experiencing an unexpected emergency, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. Sharon Fleur Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. All USPS Ground Advantage packages include $100 of insurance. Please contact Sharon Fleur Creations via email to inform of damage if damage could be due to how item was packaged or made.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY: Custom made products are quoted and built specifically to the requirements of the customer, which may include custom product designs and additions. Custom products ordered are non-cancelable and non-returnable at any time. Pre-made or ready to ship products are cancelable up until shipping label is created (customer receives tracking number via email). In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by email. We will reimburse you no later than 2 days from the day we receive your email. Pre-made or ready to ship products are eligible for return if - 1. Customer contacts Sharon Fleur Creations via email requesting return within 7 days of product being received (via USPS tracking), 2. Product is in original packaging with no damage to product. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the return conditions in our sole discretion. Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. We cannot be held responsible for product damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery. We will reimburse you no later than 2 days from receipt of product after verifying product condition. If product was damaged due to Sharon Fleur Creations packaging and not due to shipping carrier, please contact Sharon Fleur Creations via email with clear pictures of product damage and packaging. We will respond via email within 2 days on how we will resolve the issue.
